Carmélle Bielenberg, Chamber CEO
Carmélle began her career with the Stayton Sublimity Chamber in as the Membership & Communications Coordinator in 2016. The following year she took the helm, first as Interim Executive Director, then Chief Operations Officer and eventually in her current role as CEO. Carmélle is an impactful servant leader who demonstrates integrity, approachability and diplomacy. She has proven to be an effective communicator and collaborator, working diligently to advocate for local business, create healthy partnerships and to steward Chamber resources for the benefit of our members and the business larger community through relationship building, effective marketing strategies, conservative fiscal policies, and business support and education.

Terra Schmid, Executive Assistant
Terra began working as Part Time, Executive Assistant, January 2022. Terra handles phone inquiries, event & employment postings, database updates, A/R and various projects as assigned. She has been an invaluable addition to our Chamber staff.
